Responsible Gambling
This site exists to help people access and understand a platform they've already chosen to use — not to encourage anyone to gamble, or to gamble more than they intend to. If betting has stopped feeling like entertainment for you, the information below matters more than anything else on this site.
Age requirement
Jitaace, and the content on this site, is strictly for users 18 and older. If you are under 18, please close this page.
Signs worth paying attention to
- Chasing losses — betting more to try to win back what you've already lost
- Spending more time or money than you'd planned, on a regular basis
- Borrowing money, or using money set aside for essentials, to keep betting
- Feeling irritable, anxious or preoccupied when you're not betting
- Hiding the amount you bet or lose from people close to you
Any one of these on its own doesn't mean much. Several together, especially if they're getting worse, are worth taking seriously.
Tools that actually help
- Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap before you start playing, not after a losing session
- Session timers — cap how long you play in one sitting
- Self-exclusion — Jitaace's support team can temporarily or permanently close your account; contact them directly to set this up, since we don't have access to your account
- A cooling-off period — sometimes stepping away for a week does more than any setting
We're not aware of a centralized national self-exclusion register for online betting in Bangladesh at the time of writing — so the platform's own account controls are, practically, what's available to you. If that changes, we'll update this page.
If it's gone further than settings can fix
Talk to someone — a doctor, a trusted family member, or a counsellor. Gambling problems are treatable, and the first conversation is usually the hardest part. We're not qualified to give medical or psychological advice here, and we won't pretend otherwise; this page is a starting point, not a substitute for real support.
A note on this site specifically
We describe bonuses, VIP tiers and promotions factually because people search for that information regardless — but nothing here is an inducement to deposit more than you can afford. If a bonus's turnover requirement doesn't make sense to you, don't claim it until it does.
